Ebor Automotive Systems has joined the Workplace Wellness Management Program developed and implemented by AIDC-Eastern Cape. The AIDC-EC team is led by Arnelle Hayes and coordinated by Ntombi Mcoyi. Ebor staff recently completed Situational Analysis and KAPB (Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices and Behaviour) surveys, then participated in a baseline health risk assessment. 71 employees participated in the Health Assessments: 63 (out of 69) EBOR employees, and 8 contract workers – an excellent 91% uptake!
AIDC-EC will shortly be presenting results of the Situational Analysis, the KABP Survey, and Health Assessments Report to Ebor management, unpacking what the results mean and sharing recommendations that can contribute towards a sustainable and productive workforce and environment.
